Golf Registration
$75 per person
$300 per team
Proceeds from this outing will benefit Field Neurosciences Institute's ongoing support of continuing education for the Ascension St. Mary's Neuroscience Department.
SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES INFORMATION
Food Sponsor- SOLD
Your company is the exclusive sponsor of food for the event, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner. This sponsorship includes registration for a team of four golfers and prominent signage at all food stations.
"Strokes for Strokes"- SOLD
Ongoing, up to date stroke education is essential for our nurses to stay up to date with the latest guidelines. This sponsorship will provide in house educational materials vital for neuroscience certifications. Sponsorship includes registration for a team of four golfers and a tee sponsorship with prominent signage.
"Watering Hole"- SOLD
This option gives your company the opportunity to sponsor one or 2 designated holes where water will be provided to our golfers. Included with this sponsorship is prominent signage at the feature hole and registration for a team of four golfers.
Beverage Hole- $600 (2 available)
Your company name will be prominently displayed on one of our golfers favorite holes. This sponsorship includes signage and the opportunity for a vendor table at our featured beverage hole as well as registration for a team of four golfers.
Contest Hole- $500 (3 available)
This sponsorship includes exclusive signage on one of our contest holes. Here our golfers will spend a little extra time completing one of our fun challenges and competing for prizes. This option includes prominent signage and the opportunity for a vendor table at the hole as well as registration for a team of four golfers.
Tee/ Green Sponsor- $400 (unlimited)
This option will feature your company on prominent signage at a tee box or green. Included in this sponsorship is registration for a team of four golfers.
Driving Range Sponsor- $200 (4 available)
Your company name and logo will be displayed on feature signage at the driving range. This option does not include golf.
Cart Sponsor- $50 (unlimited)
As a cart sponsor your company name & logo will be featured on the cart of one of our golf teams for the day. This option includes signage on one cart and does not include golf.
NOTE: All sponsors will receive a receipt for tax deductible gift.
