Physical Resources
Field Neurosciences Institute is located in picturesque suburban Saginaw County, located at the base of the thumb, it is just 15 miles from Saginaw Bay on Beautiful Lake Huron and right on the Saginaw River. The Medical Arts Building includes neuroscience research laboratory and offices for FNI's Foundation and Administrative Staff.

Library Resources
Located at St. Mary's of Michigan, the Field Neurosciences Institute's library provides reference services for research and maintains a collection of selected journals and monographs. The library is run by experienced personnel whose help and advice are freely available. Literature searches can be undertaken by using the library's database system, cataloging publications in the neurosciences and related disciplines via the Internet.

The library currently subscribes to more than 11 publications in the neurosciences, including many of the most frequently cited journals. The monograph collection consists of more than 500 books on topics in neurophysiology, neuropharmacology, neurochemistry, biophysics, neurology, and cognitive science. FNI Library is affiliated with the Saginaw Health Sciences Library, the largest health sciences library north of Detroit.
